At Ginger Tails Pet Service, our neighborhood walks are designed to give your dog the exercise, fresh air, and attention they need to stay happy and balanced throughout the day. Perfect for busy workdays or when you’re away, each visit includes a dedicated walk in your dog’s familiar neighborhood, tailored to their pace and comfort level. Every visit also includes a fresh water refill to keep your dog hydrated after their walk. Please note: This service is intended for walking and basic care only. Feeding and medication administration are not included in neighborhood walk visits. Services & Pricing 30-Minute Neighborhood Walk – $26 45-Minute Neighborhood Walk – $30 **Please note: All listed prices do not include tax. Applicable taxes will be added at the time of payment.

At this time, we do not offer grooming or boarding services. We specialize in in-home pet care, allowing your pets to remain comfortable in their own environment.

 

What types of pets do you work with?

 

We specialize in all pet care at Ginger Tails. Whether you have dogs, cats, or other small household pets, each one receives the same professional, compassionate care.

 

Do you offer group walks or solo walks?

 

All services are provided as one-on-one care, ensuring your pet receives individual attention tailored to their needs and comfort.

 

How long are your visits or walks?

 

We offer a variety of visit lengths to suit your pet’s needs, which will be reviewed with you during your consultation.

Getting Started

 

Do I need a consultation before starting services?

 

Yes—an in-home consultation is required for all new clients. This allows us to meet you and your pet, review routines, and ensure we’re the right fit.

 

 

 

How do I book services?

 

All bookings and scheduling are managed through our client app, making it easy to request and manage your services.

Are you available on holidays?

 

Yes, we are available on all major holidays to ensure your pets continue to receive consistent care when you need it most.

Please note that a holiday service fee applies to bookings scheduled on these dates.

 

How far in advance should I book?

 

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons and holidays, as availability can fill quickly.

 

Do you service clients outside of your service area?

 

We currently serve Fort Erie, Crystal Beach, Ridgeway, and Stevensville.

To maintain reliable scheduling and consistent care for our clients, we are not accepting bookings outside of these areas at this time.

 

Do I need to review any policies before starting services?

 

Yes. All clients are required to review and agree to our service policies prior to the start of care. This helps ensure a smooth and consistent experience for everyone.

Absolutely. All Ginger Tails team members are carefully selected and undergo background checks before joining our team. Each team member is fully insured and bonded, and trained in Pet First Aid and CPR.

How do you access my home?

 

Your preferred method of entry will be securely discussed and documented during your consultation. Your home’s safety is always a priority.

 

Will I receive updates during visits?

 

Yes! You’ll receive detailed visit updates, including photos and videos, so you can stay connected and reassured while you’re away.

 

What happens in case of an emergency?

 

We take immediate action to ensure your pet’s safety and contact you right away while following your provided instructions.

Can you accommodate last-minute requests?

 

We’ll always do our best, but availability is not guaranteed for last-minute requests.
