Hi! I’m Courtney, the owner and lead pet care specialist at Ginger Tails. Caring for animals has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I created Ginger Tails to bring that same love, professionalism, and reliability to every pet in the Fort Erie community.

I believe that every pet deserves individualized attention, a little extra love, and the comfort of being cared for in their own home while their humans are away. Whether it’s a quick check-in, an adventure-filled walk, or an overnight stay, I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, habits, and needs—so they feel comfortable, secure, and loved.

With years of experience, I’ve built a team that shares my values: compassion, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals. I’m Pet CPR & First Aid -certified and fully insured, so you can trust that your pets are in capable hands.

Outside of work, I enjoy paddleboarding, dabbling in macramé, and spending time with Betty White and Lulu, my two ferrets—who are ALWAYS up for a party! I’m also always looking to hone my skills through continuing education and plan to pursue a dog training certification in the near future, furthering my knowledge to better serve our pets and share that expertise with our community.
