At Ginger Tails Pet Service, we know your pets are more than just animals—they’re family. That’s why we require a mandatory, complimentary in-home consultation before beginning any services, to ensure the safety and well-being of both your pets and our team. During your consultation (one per household), a member of our CPR-certified and fully insured team will: Meet your pets and learn about their personality, habits, and preferences. Review feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and any special care requirements. Review our full range of services—including dog walking, pet taxi, overnight pet sitting, yard clean-ups, and even wedding chaperone or chauffeur duties—and discuss how Ginger Tails operates to best support your pet’s care. Answer any questions you may have to ensure clarity and confidence in your pet’s care plan. The consultation typically lasts 30–45 minutes and allows us to create a customized care plan tailored to your pets’ needs. Based in Fort Erie, we are committed to providing your pets with safe, loving, and professional care.
